1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with StreamClean, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. StreamClean reserves the right to update these terms periodically.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Power Supply: The Client must provide access to a 3-point electricity plug within a 10-meter range of the vehicle’s location for the duration of the service.

• Vehicle Availability: The Client must have the vehicle available, unlocked, and ready for service within 5 minutes of StreamClean’s arrival.

• Non-Interference: To ensure efficiency and safety, the Client agrees not to interfere with StreamClean’s operations while the car wash is in progress. This includes refraining from providing instructions or directions beyond the agreed-upon service.

3. Service Scope

• Exterior and Interior Cleaning: StreamClean offers exterior and interior cleaning based on the package selected. Any additional services must be requested and confirmed prior to service start.

• Water Supply: StreamClean uses a water tank installed in its vehicle. Should additional water be required due to unforeseen circumstances, StreamClean may seek permission from the Client to use the available water supply at no additional charge.

4. Booking and Cancellation

• Booking Confirmation: The Client’s booking is only confirmed once they receive confirmation from StreamClean. StreamClean reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Liability

• Vehicle Condition: StreamClean is not liable for any existing damages to the Client's vehicle. The Client is advised to inspect their vehicle before and after the wash.

• Damage to Personal Property: StreamClean will not be held responsible for any damage to personal items left inside the vehicle. Clients are encouraged to remove all valuable items from their vehicle before service.

• Weather Conditions: Services may be affected by adverse weather conditions. In such cases, StreamClean will notify the Client and reschedule the appointment at no extra charge.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. StreamClean accepts cash, credit card, and EFT payments.

• Non-Payment: Failure to pay for services may result in additional charges, and StreamClean reserves the right to pursue legal action for unpaid invoices.

7. Disclaimer

StreamClean will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services, except in cases of proven negligence by StreamClean.

8. Termination of Service

StreamClean reserves the right to terminate the service immediately if the Client fails to adhere to these terms and conditions, including providing access to power, vehicle availability, and respecting non-interference.

9. Service Area Confirmation

• Midstream Estate Residency: By booking a service, the Client confirms that they reside within Midstream Estate and that the vehicle location for the wash is within Midstream Estate boundaries.

• Outside Service Area Cancellations: StreamClean operates exclusively within Midstream Estate. Any bookings with a service location outside of Midstream Estate will be automatically cancelled, and any prepayments will be refunded.
